Without a high performing leadership team, you won’t be able to reach your goals.
Our work with a leadership team begins with interviewing each member. This allows each participant to contribute insights that help us understand the team’s overall strengths, opportunities, and key areas for improvement . We document that understanding in a Team Assessment that establishes a clear baseline from which to begin working.
During a 2-3 day onsite session, we then draw from our wide array of training materials to deliver specific exercises, in a specific sequence, that will shift your team to the next level of performance. During the training participants will gain new insights on leadership, learn what makes each other tick, and make agreements that help them work more effectively together from that point forward.
